La Celada is our plot located at an altitude of 500 meters over pebbles soil. North-facing exposure that offers a deep and elegant wine that will not leave you indifferent.

Vinificatin & aging: Pre-fermentation cold maceration (cold soak) Low-temperature fermentation in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 18 months in 400-litres French oak barrels and finned for 18 months in bottle.
Soil: Pebbles over fluvial terrace. Extremely low yields
Production: 2.057 bot.
