‘Vineyard + Olive Grove + Winery’ Experience
We will visit one of our vineyards where we will discuss different aspects of viticulture, tradition and history of the Baja Montaña, its present and future, while enjoying one of our wines.
Later, we will walk to a century-old olive grove where we will briefly explain the cultivation of the local olive variety, Vidrial, and how oil is extracted.
Weather permitting, we will enjoy an outdoor aperitif with local products, Iberian charcuterie & our Extra Virgen Olive Oil. And, of course two limited production wines.
