‘Test Yourself And Create Your Own Wine’ Experience
A great wine is always made in the vineyard, so we will start explaining the basic of Baja Montaña viticulture, the varieties we work with and their characteristics, and… what better way to assimilate the theory than by tasting some wine!
We will continue with the vinification process in which you´ll be able to learn how wine is made in cement tanks and its ageing process, before becoming a ‘winemaker for a day’.
Teams will be set up based on the number of participants and we will check your knowledge and skills through various tests.
Without a doubt, the key test is the blend. Accompanied by Raquel, you will create your own wine by blending different single varietals. The resulting blends will be judged in a blind tasting and the winning wineries will get a special surprise.
We will finish the experience with an appetizer of local and Ibericos products, and of course our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and wine!
