We depart the winery for the plot to be harvested. After cutting the grapes, we will enjoy a well-deserved lunch at the vineyard with grilled local products and a tasting of two of our wines. Later, in the winery, we will extract the must and carry out a tasting to assess it together with Raquel, our winemaker.
You will also learn about the history of the winery and how we make wines in cement tanks and age it in barrels. The day will conclude with a tasting of two limited production wines from special plots.
